Contact List Views

To begin, start by tapping (    contact-icon-iphone   ) to open the contact list view menu. There are four different types of contact list views: All, Filtered, Mapview and Circle. Each help you organize and access specific information quickly.

All

‘All’ view displays all contact imported into Sales Navigator. Search the list view to access all contact information.

Filtered

‘Filtered’ displays data that meets the filtered criteria set in the groups menu. For example, if you have all groups turned off except for ‘Hot Leads’ and ‘New Leads’, this menu would only show you contacts that are part of those groups.

Mapview

Mapview displays all data in the viewable map area by distance and direction from the map center to facilitate more efficient planning.

Circle

Circle view displays all data within a radius by distance and direction from the circle center. Set the circle radius by pinching and zooming the map.

Tips on using Mapview and Circle Menus

1. To make the menu relational to a specific data point, tap the red directional arrow. Now, the directions and distances are relative to the new data point.

2. Get directions between the set data point and another contact by tapping and holding that contact. Then tapping directions to export the two addresses to Apple Maps.

In the example below, you will get directions between Nicholas Barnes and Joe Ferrara.
