Collection of Information
TCG collects information about you in two ways in connection with Mapview. First, you may give us information when you download or register for Mapview or one of its features (e.g., Mapview Calling, Mapview for Salesforce, Mapview Schedule Optimizer). Such information may include personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone numbers, and email address, as well as information about your credit card or other payment methods.
Second, when you use Mapview, TCG may collect certain information about you and your use of the application. For example, TCG may collect technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your mobile device, system and application software, and peripherals. TCG may also collect information about how you use the Mapview application. If you have a calling plan and use the Mapview Calling service to make outbound phone calls, TCG will collect information about those calls, including the numbers dialed and the duration of the call. TCG will not, however, obtain information about the contents of your calls. If you allow Mapview to access your location the application may utilize that information to provide you service. You can disable location sharing at any time by accessing your device’s settings and restricting the sharing of location services.
Use of Information
TCG uses the information we collect to provide you products and services related to Mapview, to bill and collect for services for which there is a charge (such as Mapview Calling) and to provide related account information, to provide product updates and support, to communicate with you about Mapview and the services we provide to you, and to prevent illegal activities, suspected fraud, or potential threats to our network. TCG may also use the information we collect in a form that does not identify you to improve Mapview and related products and services (e.g., to develop and test new functions or features for the application).
